The bottom line in our philosophy and operations is that each of us is to do what is best for all concerned on and off the job.  In selling our services, we are not to engage in any fear tactics, but to present the facts and opinions to customers for their choice of direction.  It is not ethical to sell a service (or product) that is not needed, contrary to events of today.  This callous disregard of ethics is based on a fear of lack and is the reason countries are destroyed.  It is a “must” that all people associated with Bee Busters, act in good faith and in a humane manner toward all animals.

Our knowledge of pest biology, treatment techniques, and safe and effective use of chemicals is to be constantly updated, along with the most advanced equipment.

We are to be environmentally sensitive, using only the proper amounts of pesticides needed to complete the job.  If pesticides can be avoided, that option will be strongly considered.

Our goal is not pest control but pest elimination in a given area for a period of time.  This is the best anyone can hope for.  The only thing we have any control over would be our own thoughts (if we are lucky).  However, we humanoids have done a good job of destroying ourselves along with other species.  Between 2006 and 2010, the most severe wildlife decline in the past 52 MILLION YEARS has occurred, according to Linda Moulton Howe, an investigative reporter. The obvious causes for this are:  loss of habitat, pollution, improper use of chemicals, etc.  The challenges are many.

Communication is critical between any business and the customer.  As my dad would have said, “Fair exchange ain’t robbery.”  If that ‘fair’ exchange is not forthcoming, then the relationship deteriorates, no matter whether business, marriage or social.  Any relationship situation that is not a win-win for all is to be avoided, contrary to what the politics of the day dictates.  The basic reason for this is that if anyone loses, we all lose, and why waste our most precious possessions which are our time, energy and thought.
